Eligibility
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Tags and original packaging must be intact.
- Sale items and final clearance products are not eligible for return.
Return Process

- Include your order number and the reason for return.
- We will respond with return instructions and the return address.
- You are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange for a different size or color, please contact us to confirm availability. We'll reserve the item while we await your return.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Damaged / Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right at no cost to you.
